What to include in your message
- Wrong wattage or protocol: the exact device or charger name, the field that's wrong, and a link (or photo) of the official spec sheet or box label.
- Missing product: the full model name/number and, if you have it, its rated wattage and supported protocols straight off the box.
- Something confusing on a page: the page URL and what didn't make sense — we'd rather rewrite an explanation than leave you guessing.
Response time
This is a small, independently-run reference site rather than a company with a support team, so replies aren't instant — but every message gets read, and data corrections are usually applied within a few days of being verified.
